1 Bookings are made by filling out this site's Booking Form
2 A 30% deposit is payable at the time of booking
3 The full balance is payable 8 weeks before arrival
4 An additional £275 damage deposit is payable with the final balance (returned within 2 weeks of end of stay where no damage occurs)
5 All payments to be made by Bank Transfer, Cheque, Credit Card (PayPal), PayPal.  Where PayPal is used an additional 3.5% is payable as a surcharge to cover PayPal's cost to us.
6 We accept no liability (direct or consequential) for injury, loss, theft, cancellation, flight delay, insurance excess etc.  You are advised to take out travel and holiday insurance prior to confirming your booking and any flights, car hire etc.
7 An additional £35 per week is payable for water which is metered at the rate of £1 per 100 litres. This is paid in advance and any refund returned with the deposit or shortfall deducted from the deposit
8 Prices are subject to change without notice
